A great book for work or life. Hands-on leadership experience with real life situations makes for an interesting reading. And finally, a woman's perspective on the matter as well! Finished it in one day :)

Great book no matter where you are on the totem pole.

I just finished the book, I must say, I think her ideas, stories and anecdotes are really smart and real. Nothing is worse than having to go to work and deal with a bad boss or employee. There are great life lessons in this book as well. I especially like the "ME INC. " part of the book, it makes perfect sense to have this aspect in your life no matter who you are on the totem pole.
