Good book to begin with

I like the way the author approaches this subject. It's my first book I read about meditation and although it's simple, clear and concise it has all the information to get you started. It covers more stuff life qigong and yoga but for me the breathing part and the Zen meditation was the most interesting.

Excellent book, it is 100% about practice, there isnt any kind of useless bulls*** in it. I really like how the author classifed the different methods.
This book has changed my daily life and it moved it forward so thanks for the experience.
